Julie has helped me for a decade in my private practice and now in my new business – on website ideas, challenges, fixes and changes. She is incredibly patient and skilled and there’s nothing I can’t ask her that she won’t know the answer to (or promptly works it out). I don’t have time or the interest to learn tech stuff (way over my head) … Julie just fixes everything. I’d be lost without her knowledge and skills. She’s saved me hours and hours of angst and frustration by just doing what she’s simply blessed at. Use her!  I can’t recommend her highly enough. 

Julie got my new Dell desk top computer up and running, transferring old files to new machine, and doing all those things way beyond the understanding of mere computer mortals like myself to set me up. She did a terrific job. I have had trouble-free “computer driving” since with no hitches.

Julie has been a joy to work with. She is a great communicator who ensures she understands what your needs are and delivers on her promises. Her technical and business skills are excellent and she has made huge improvements to our Association website. I would highly recommend hiring Julie! 

I recently started a second business and required a website. I asked Julie to design and build the new website for me as I have worked on other sites that she has built.  My knowledge around this kind of IT is very poor, and Julie was extremely patient with me and gave me some great ideas to choose from and also worked on the logo and graphics of my branding.  The results have been amazing, and the feedback from my clients has been very positive.  I would thoroughly recommend Julie if you are looking for a friendly and local web designer.

Julie has done a number of jobs for me where she supported some tech issues with my website resolving plug-ins, woocommerce and other issues. Julie was helpful and insightful beyond words. Her capacity to see and effect positive change through her work has been helpful. I recommend her thoroughly.

While I love having my computer for email and for searching the web occasionally, now in my late 70’s I am frequently hugely frustrated by problems that arise on a regular basis, which I simply don’t know how to solve.  Just one example is the frequent pop-up messages that suggest I do something, and I’ve no idea whether it’s safe to, or if I even need to.  At these times l am  SO grateful that a quick call to Julie will solve the problem – or any other problem that arises – often by Teamviewer.  I honestly think I’d have to throw my computer away if I couldn’t access her knowledge and competence. She’s very clear in explaining things, and even better, she doesn’t make me feel like a stupid old fogey.  She’s helped heaps of people, including many of my friends, and I can’t recommend her highly enough if you want to survive computer frustration into a ripe old age!
